I’m already pretty familiar with the basics of creating a website. I’m a little more interested in things like legal ramifications of operating a site like this, time requirements, how to monitor traffic with an ISP, rules and regulations to suggest, how to monitor underage users, should PHP be used, etc. Any helpful information will be appreciated.

How would I find out information about starting a website where I charge people like $9.99 per month, but maybe a 7-day trial period or something. Basically, you’ll be able to search for people (but not nessicarily) using keywords like “location, date, name, etc.” and such. I want a user to be able to post a message (not a profile like singles.com, but) that people can search for keywords in it and be able to reply (if they’re a member as well). I will be allowing one picture for their profile – maybe one day more, but for now, just one. I’m needing info on setting it up, making memberships, organizing the site, and setting up a module (or whatever) for them signing up to pay for. I’m so lost when it comes to this. If there’s anyone you know that will do all of it for a base cost, please refer me to them because I’d be willing to pay someone to do it FOR me if it’s too dificult. Please reply cause I want to do this very soon.

Is it Match.com, eharmany, lavalife… who?

Most of the dating website require payments.
However, plentyoffish.com is free and efficient.
Do you know any other website like it, with access to your emails and easy to contact posted profiles. Which free website did you have success with. Let us know.
