I helped a friend set up the site in Italian but he wants it switched to English. I looked around in options but didn’t see anything easily. What am I missing?

Here is the essay i wrote about personal narrative for english class i know its really bad i only had 30 minutes to think about it becouse i was caught up studying for other classes and its due on monday can some one pleaseeee review it and add a few details to it. it dosent matter what it is just a little tweak to make it seem like an essay thanks a lot

Title

Because I am an athlete and the captain of my life I should be honest, loyal and helpful to those around me. An athlete and a captain should always be honest to the team he/she leads and those that surround them.

If one is an athlete one must know that he is trusted upon by his team mates and must make the right choice. By being honest I earned up most respect and trust from my parents.

An honest athlete always succeeds or is bound to succeed in what he/she dose.

As a captain of my soccer team I had to be honest to coach and made sure my team did what they’re supposed to on and off the field. I don’t know what coach saw in me when I walked down the side line he glared at me with an expressionless face, I stared back not knowing what to do. He asked”do you know what loyalty means?” I replied “being trustworthy and dependable towards my team.” He smiled and handed me the captaincy badge. I didn’t know whether to happy or surprised, it was as if I got something that I’ve been wanting for a long time.

As an athlete one should always be loyal, just as a soldier is always loyal to his country an athlete is also loyal to his team. One benefits from being loyal by earning trust both from his family and team mates. 5th game of the season, I had a broken ankle but as a captain I showed my loyalty to the team by continuously showing up to practices and games to cheer my team victory.

Being helpful I think should be a deed of joy. One should be helpful because one feels happy in doing so, not because one must.

The score board shows fifteen minutes left with a tie score of 2-2, coach is running up and down the sideline screaming his lungs out” focus, focus” the starting forward takes to steps inside the eighteen chips a six foot goalie and scores the winning goal. As a person one should be happy by being helpful, an athlete feels happy by helping his team.
